Service Description
If a face to face consultation with Dr Colin Coward has occurred in the last 12 months a medicare rebate may be available. A monthly video consult is included in membership. (A first consult can be deducted from a new membership fee).
Cancellation Policy
Payment details must be on file prior to the consultation. If a medicare eligible client has had a face to face consultation with Dr Colin Coward within the last 12 months a medicare rebate is available. A level B GP telehealth consultation (longer than 6 minutes) generally attracts an MBS rebate of $43.90 with a standard out of pocket of $36.10. A Level C GP telehealth consultation (20–39 minutes) generally attracts an MBS rebate of $84.90 with a standard out of pocket of $75.10
