    Initial 90 minute clinic consultation with Dr Colin Coward. Once per month video call catch-up with a nurse coach. Lifestyle guidance and medication advice only. No prescriptions or referrals.

In addition, Dr Colin Coward may bill and receive the appropriate Medicare item numbers and rebates for eligible consultations in accordance with Medicare requirements.  This is separate to the membership package.
